Anuttara Vinyasa

Supreme Special Placement. We explore a choreographed sequence of Hatha poses linked together like a dance. Connecting the breath with our movements. Emphasizing special placement of the heart. This moving meditation focuses on using Yoga Mudras and Bandhas to activate the energetic body. Challenging, but available to all levels.

 

Anuttara Raja

Supreme Royal Yoga. Raja is the yoga of the mind. This moving meditation is an extended Kriya. Physically, this class will allow for disengagement of the muscles so that gravity can access the fascia (connective tissue). The depth of this practice will be revealed when the student is ready.

Hatha to Anuttara Raja

With two methods in one class, this allows for a true exploration of yin and yang - engagement and disengagement. Starting the first half with a slow Hatha practice, and then transitioning to the floor for the second half of Anuttara Raja. This class will access the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and the fascia, as well as the mind and energetic body. This is a well rounded practice for all.
